All prospective participants must carefully review the event information and rules before submitting their registration. Confirmation of registration is subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria and compliance with all outlined terms.
Each individual may register for only one race category:
Registrations must be completed online only using the official registration link and through approved digital payment modes. No third-party individuals or organizations are authorized to accept registrations on behalf of the event organizers, RED Elements.
Registration confirmation will be emailed within 10 working days from submission.
Once submitted, registration fees are non-refundable under any condition.
In case an application is rejected, the registration fee will be refunded by 31st January 2026, subject to a ₹250 processing fee deduction. The refund will be processed within 5 working days from the date of rejection confirmation.
The refund amount will be credited to original payment method within 7-10 days.

If a participant uses an unauthorized or invalid group/corporate code, RED Elements reserves the right to reject the entry. No BIB will be issued and participation will be denied.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Trasi Maravanthe Run – Maravanthe beach 2026, entries will be automatically deferred to the next scheduled edition, retaining the same race category. No extra charges will apply. However, new qualification rules for the next edition (if any) will apply.
If race participation needs to be limited due to government directives or safety regulations, the "last registered, first out" rule will be followed. Such participants will be offered automatic deferral to the next edition without additional fee, subject to eligibility requirements.
Participation rights and benefits are non-transferable. Only the registered participant can claim entry and associated entitlements.
RED Elements reserves the right to conduct ID and address verification via a third-party agency. If any discrepancy or false information is found, participation will be revoked without refund and all event benefits will be forfeited.
Race Day footage will be reviewed. If a participant is seen running with a BIB that was not assigned to them, both the impersonator and the registered participant will be disqualified from the current and subsequent edition of the event. Legal action may be initiated in such cases.
Any media (audio/video/photo) recorded by participants at the Expo or during the event is strictly for personal use. Commercial usage is not permitted. Official event photographs will be available on the event website within 72 hours after the race concludes.
Participants are not permitted to display third-party branding or advertisements during the event unless officially associated with the event. Corporate and NGO groups may use branded apparel or placards related to their organization. Non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
RED Elements reserves the right to revise, update, or amend any terms and conditions of the Trasi Maravanthe Run – Maravanthe beach 2026 without prior notice.
