All cash prizes are subject to deduction of Tax at Source (TDS) as per the prevailing provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Winners must provide a self-attested copy of their valid PAN card to facilitate prize money disbursement. Failure to provide a PAN card will result in TDS being deducted at the maximum applicable rate.
All verified cash prizes will be processed and transferred to the winners’ registered bank accounts on or before January 26, 2026, subject to successful completion of the verification process and submission of valid age proof, PAN card, and bank details.
Cash prizes for Overall (Open) Category Winners will be awarded only to runners who have completed the 10K race within the event’s official cutoff time and as per the ideal completion time standards determined by the organizers. Any participant found in violation of the event rules, or using unfair means, will be disqualified.
Prize money for age category winners (if applicable) will be based on net finish time (chip time) and verified race results as declared by the official timing partner. The organizers reserve the right to verify age documents before confirming prize eligibility.
All participants who successfully complete their respective categories will be eligible to receive a Finisher Medal upon completion of the run. Participants in non-timed categories (Fun Run / Plog Run) are not eligible for timed prize money.
All cash prizes are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are applicable only to participants with valid registration under the Indian category. Any international winner will receive equivalent prize money in INR, subject to applicable Indian tax laws and foreign exchange regulations.
The event organizers reserve the right to verify the identity, age, and race completion timing of all prize winners. Any discrepancy, false information, or non-compliance with event rules may lead to disqualification and forfeiture of prize money.
The decision of the event organizers regarding results, prize distribution, and any disputes shall be final and binding. No appeals or correspondence will be entertained.

The official finish time of each of the 20 eligible runners will be taken from the timing chip data provided by the official timing partner.
Team Average Time (TAT) = Sum of Individual Finish Times of 20 Members ÷ 20
The team with the lowest average time will be declared the Team Champion. Second and third positions will be determined by the next two lowest average times, respectively.
Example: If a team’s 20 members have finish times totaling 16 hours 40 minutes (1000 minutes), then their average time = 1000 ÷ 20 = 50 minutes per runner. Another team with an average of 49 minutes would rank higher.
The decision of the organizers regarding results, eligibility, or any dispute shall be final and binding. Organizers reserve the right to amend or interpret these rules as necessary to ensure fairness and integrity.
